Sowp or visitor visa

Hello all.I finished my one yr study course and got one yr contract job which comes under NOC B category.

Now I wish to bring my wife and 2 yr kid to Canada.I already applied visitor visa once When I was a student.It got rejected stating that No travel history,family ties in home country and purpose of travel.

Now I thought it makes sense to apply as I am working in full time.But still I have seen many people discussing abt visa gets rejected twice or thrice.

Now I can provide
- one month payslip.
-6 months bank statement holding 10-15 k cad.
-job offer and another letter from employer stating my duties and NOC code.
- My wife is a homemaker so can't submit proof like she's working to prove strong ties in home country

Any advice wil be much appreciated.
