SOWP or visitor visa for spouse??

Hi my work permit is expiring on January 14,2024. Is it recommended to apply for SOWP to bring wife or better to go with visitor visa?

She really is not eligible for a SOWP since your permit expires within 6 months. IRCC will most likely not process it. Try for TRV and she will need to show ties (children, job letter with approved leave, business, investment, properties), travel history, funds.
