SOWP or TRV

Hi all !

I have a positive LMIA from the employer which I will be proceeding with it for WP Visa. My spouse is unemployed.

Does he need to apply under SOWP or TRV ?

In both the cases, I need to fill employment history and by putting unemployed result in Visa refusal ?
