SOWP in philippines during pandemic

Hi. My husband processed my sowp here in philippines last july 10. We had a canadian daughter who is with me now here in philippines, I wonder how long will it takes to process during pandemic qnd what are the chances? Really missed to have a complete family together again.

Nobody knows but likely many months. You will need special permission to travel to Canada even if you get SOWP due to travel restrictions.
