Hi,

Anybody know if spouse has valid study permit in university Bachelor degree l...can husband eligible to extend his open work permit as per new rule because when husband came his passport validity was only 1 year and now he renew his passport and want to extend his stay.

He can extend his SOWP if that is your question. He should be under the old rules.
