Spouse open work permit got rejected
And reasons are
Family ties in canada and in country of residence
Personally assets and financial status

What did you show in the way of ties to the home country? What did you show in the way of finances?

For finances we had attached fd of 5 lakhs
And for family ties what can be done.
We did not add any thing for this

My counselor is saying it's financial status it's not enough to show recent fd or something like that. Our business is newly established in 2014 and its not very profitable business. What can I show to improve my financial status please suggest.

You have to show your or your spouse property back home. If your spouse has a job show employment documents. You have to show your recent pay stubs and about $10,000+ cad in your spouse account. I am not sure how much will it come in INR. Also lets say your wife is in India and all the property is under your dad's name, then your dad can write a will (which could be changed later if needed) stating your wife has equal right his assets as of yours. Or can write a support affidavit things like that. That's all I can think of
