Hello,
I have applied for SOWP (Spouse Open Work Permit) and the visa got approved for my spouse. However, the visa for my dependable that is minor kids got rejected and the visa office is not confident that both my kids will leave Canada.
We had shown enough funds for 3 people as per the CIC website and uploaded required documents and still, visas for my kids got rejected.
If anyone was in a similar situation kindly share your opinion on my problem.
