Sowp extension

Hello everyone I have one doubt regarding sowp extension inside Canada as I have my pgwp and I am working as a full time associate in Amazon warehouse and I want to extend my husband sowp so is this the requirement that we both should have Noc O,A or B job?? Please guide me
