Hi there, thanks in advance to everyone for taking the time to read my question and helping me out, it means so much to me. I have a PGWP expiring in December 2022, my wife has a SOWP expiring in December 2022 as well. I have a NOC B job working there for a year full time.
I got the one-time extension of PGWP until March 2024, can my wife apply online for SOWP and still work while waiting on the decision? The reason why I am asking this question is that the Average Processing time right now is at 167 days, which means her SOWP will expire. However, I was still wondering if she can keep working at her job until a decision is made on the new one under implied/maintained status.
I am sorry to bug you but as I went through every thread on this forum I was hoping @scylla @legalfalcon or @canuck_in_uk or anyone who possibly can shed some light on this for me. Again, I tremendously appreciate the time into reading this, sorry about the long thread, I just want my wife to keep working in the NOC A job, or at least not continue working illegally.
Also is flag poling possible in my case either through the border or from an international flight?
Thanks, looking forward to your response!
