SOWP..does spouse have to show bank account?

I thought spouses of skilled workers didnt have to show money if they applied inland.
CIC site says"you may be eligible for OWP if you're a spouse of a skilled worker." Then it says "ALSO need to meet GENERAL ELIGIBILITY requirements"....show that you have enough money to take care of yourself and other family member during stay."

Yes you need to show accounts for both spouses.
