SOWP application for my wife

I recently got my PPR and sent my passport to Ircc.
I want to apply for my wife on her own ircc separate account with her proof of funds different from mine.
Please I want to know if such application is acceptable.

What type of permit? If study permit you show POF for paid tuition and 2 people (more if you have children). Better to be over the minimum especially if program is 2 year as you will need to afford tuition. Assume you are taking a masters. What country?

It's a 2 years master's program and I have already gotten approval for my own study permit.

I intend to apply for her on her personal GCkey account, do I need to show my own POF? I was thinking is for her to show her 2 years living expenses and flight ticket let's say15000 CAD.
