seeking urgent help please
i have applied for inland spouse sponsor PR ( i am PA ) and i want to know it i can apply study permit and SOWP both ? reason why i am asking is the college is taking too long to reply for admission and my study permit expires in April 2025, and i am currently on implied status since i graduated in Dec 2024. Now, i want to pursue another course so SP application, havent applied for SP or SOWP yet.
If i can apply for both SP and SOWP, then wouldnt that violate that a student can work full time under Open Work Permit and be a student under study permit at the same time.
I meet the eligibility criteria for both.
Has anyone faced the above situation, please help and thank you.
