Hello Members,
I need your valuable input again. Me and my gf of 10 years applied for our respective study permits last year and I got approved in the second attempt but my partner got 3 refusals for project management program, despite of addressing each and every concerns mentioned in the GCMS notes with supporting evidence.
I would be landing by end of April and start my program in May but she can’t make it now due to her refusals. She has lost hope in getting a study permit and we are now thinking of doing a court marriage and applying for her SOWP. What challenges will we face in applying for her spousal work permit after 3 study visa refusals if we are doing just a small ceremony court marriage? also, what can we do to ensure she gets a positive result this time around for spousal work permit? We have a 100% genuine relationship with tonnes of photographic, chat, documentary evidence dating back till 2012.. we both went to the same school and classes, live in the same neighbourhood etc.
Any help you can provide will be greatly appreciated.
