SOS! more than 18 weeks, no AOR received

Good morning,guys.
I am in pnp program.I have mailed all my documents to cio(sydney) on 14 AUG 2015,CIO received it on 17 AUG 2015.
i haven't received e-mail （AOR）till now,more than 18 weeks.
i have call CIC several times,and email too. auto-reply.
Is it normal? please give me some advice,please.

It's all right. They will inform you as soon as NSNP start to process your application. My application was received on May 14, and got AOR e-mail on Dec 18, so it will take several months get AOR. So just be patient!
