help me pls! thank you for taking time to read my post!

along with my full documents received by manila vo last june 23, 2010 was a diagram of my husband's family tree. however, by checking the family tree sent to them i realized that the last name of my grand-mother-in-law was spelt incorrectly...

what shall i do?should i write to vo?thru email or snail mail?

pls help :(

Hi,

I would say better to send a mail with a cover letter stating what is wrong in the main application and you have send the updated form with the correct information, as you have your file number with you it will be easy for visa office put it in your file.

Send them a letter clarifying the mistake and a affidavit letter and get it notarized that the information you have provided is correct and the person who name is misspelled and mention the correct spellings. It will help a lot.

it's my uncle in law.we have to prove that my uncle-in-law and my mother-in-law are really siblings. so along with the authenticated birth certs i included a family tree to show their relationship. tnk u for taking time to help me....tnx
