I really need help with this!

I graduated in april last year from my University. It was a four years Bachelors Degree. After I got my three year work permit, I spent some time looking for a job and then finally worked on a contract as a technologist for 4 months. Im looking for a job now hoping to complete 1 year for the cec.

This is what I want to know..
Does it matter if my job is a contract job or with a different company?
How long does it take for the application and when should I apply for it?
Does working at an entry level job such as call centre executive or at a store or restaurant, help increase my work exp?

Many people have suggested that I should apply even before completing one year of work ex as it takes about that much time for them to open my application. Is that true?
Do I qualify for the PNP program or any other immigration?
Please help me out!!

No, it does not matter.

You should apply as soon as you qualify, no sooner.

The job has to be NOC level O, A, or B to be considered for CEC.

No. If you apply before you qualify, your application will be rejected. Ignore "many people" and read the directions:

Do I qualify for the PNP program

probably not. Find the info here...

or any other immigration?
