Hello everyone,
My boy friend who is from Germany and is waiting to apply to the working holiday visa, however it still hasn't open and no word when it will. We where thinking of starting the immigration, process. However every category needs a positive LMIA. My grandfather owns and operates a large farm and is willing to fill it out. But I know you need evidence to show that we have posted adds but are still unable to fill position, that is something we have not done in. Where do we start? Should we put up and add wait the 2 weeks then apply for a LMIA? Is there any alternative options that anyone can suggest. Has anyone gone through a similar situation?
