Hello everyone and happy new year
I'd like to ask u a question
I have TRV under the live in caregiver program, but it's almost one year i left a job in Canada and went to my home country and i'm still here. Several day's ago a received a new contract, and a LMO is under process. I just need to know, once i receive a contract and copy of LMO what will be the next steps? What concern me most is the whether i need medical examination or not...

If you have resided for the past 6 months in the following countries: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/medical/dcl.asp you will require a new medical. So you would have to apply to the visa office for a new LOI for the work permit.
