got 3 questions for applying inland, apperciate it if anyone can answer them

1. for IMM 0008 form #11 Personal History it ask the person been sponsored to provide details of personal history since age of 18 with no time gaps allowed, and there is only 5 lines of empty space, what do I do if I need more spaces?

2. also how many photos and what size should the person been sponsored send in?

3. if the person been sponsored is due for a baby in May, so there can be no medical done, Do I still print form IMM 1017 and attach a note saying the person is pregnant will send medicals later? or do I need to send proof shes pregnant like a doctor note or something?

thanks for all the help

A sheet of paper listing the same information required.

2. also how many photos and what size should the person been sponsored send in?

Read the visa office specific guidelines, it tells you how many photos you require. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/fc.asp appendix A

Wait until the baby is born, then you submit a complete application with the medical. The DMP has the IMM 1017 you don't print them off.

thanks for all the help

thanks for the response, so in my application package I would include a separate letter to the immigration officer saying the applicant is pregnant and the medicals will arrive later?

last question is for the sponsor it ask for previous tax year's C printout, and this years employment letter, my contract is till April 30th and don't know if we will be renewed or not, will it hurt my chance of being qualified as a sponsor?

If u send application before baby is born, send her medicals separately after she gives birth. in forms they are asking if applicant is pregnant, so they will know. no need any note to attach.

about ur job, just get a letter from employer and option c printout. ur finances doesnt matter if u are sponsoring spouse. it matters if u sponsor parents etc. just give all papers that they require.

did u send ur application already?

which form asks the applicant is pregnant? I'm applying inland and do not recall any from that mentions it... is there separate procedure in sending medicals later on? or a time frame it has to be send? or will the whole application sit there waiting for the medicals if it's taken too long?

thanks!

a question about being pregnant is in
spouse/common-law questionnaire (inland):
question no. 8
they asking if u or ur spouse is pregnant and if yes, they ask to attach a letter from ur doctor indicating the day of birth.

"Can you postpone the medical examination if you are pregnant?
For the safety of the applicant and the fetus, you can delay the medical examination until after the baby’s delivery. After the baby’s birth, the mother and the infant will have to undergo the medical examination."(http://visascanadas.com/medical-exam.htm)

after u do ur medical check up, the doctor will send all ur results to Ottawa. and immigration will get it from there. u need to send a receipt to Vegreville that doctor gives u when u pay for check up. its the proof that u did medicals. doctor doesnt give u any other papers.
i just dont know if u can send that receipt asking to attach it to ur file when u dont have ur client ID yet. if u have ur client ID, add a letter asking to add that receipt to ur file, write ur client ID, name, address, phone number.
i dont know cause i sent medicals together with application. maybe others know. i dont know about the delays either. sure it goes faster when everything is sent together.
