Some questions of PNP International Student with Job Offer

I currently hold post graduate work permit,
been working for the past 1 year in Ontario. (graduated less than 1 year ago.)

My questions are:

1. Do I need to take English test if I'm applying for PNP International Student with Job Offer?
2. Can I apply to PNP International Student with Job Offer? (even though I worked there for an year and ongoing.)
3. What is the average timeline to get my PR if my company submitted the pre-screen form in July and so on... (I apply to PNP, then take it ti CIC...)

No English Test required for International student Category.
One-year post-graduate degree programs and certificate programs, which require a previous degree or diploma (which may have been obtained abroad), are eligible.
Apply within two years of the date on which they received their degree or diploma, if you don't conform with this particular one then you would have to go for Foreign Worker stream.

I went to UofT, 4yr program, if anybody is interested.
Me and my company is waiting for June 25th, so we can use the new application.

Also, taking English test so I can apply for the new Human Capital Priorities Stream under OOPNP, and FSW
I'll visit the forum often to update my timeline.
