do we need to send the medical and the police check with the application to canada?

can we provide farther proof of relationship later or should we send it all in now? we dont have alot but are planning on going on some trips, included is mexico for my brothers wedding, and indonesia for vacation.

she doesnt want to tell her friends and family we are married because she is embarrased we got married so quick with out telling anyone and is afraid of losing face. ???????????? I dont know what else to say about this one, but there are some friends she can tell and all her family and friends know we are in a relationship.

we have wedding photos but were not taken at a wedding they are just wedding photos and we will have a ceremony later in canada is this ok?

do I need to send in my tax form??? im confused about this and how do I get this in china?

thanks for anyone who can answer these questions this application is very confusing, I hope I can help others once we go throught the process

one more question unrelated to all of this?

can getting a hair cut really change your life in a day?? lol

1. Yes you should send the medical and police report with your application. If you do not, I'm not 100% sure, but my guess you won't be automatically denied, it will just prolong your waiting as they will have to request those documents and you would have to send them, they'd sit somewhere waiting to get read etc. best to send in all at once

2. Send in as much evidence as possible, like seriously everything you can think of, be creative. Remember you are trying to convince someone trained to spot cheats and lies, that your relationship is 100% genuine.
Someone else will probably have a better answer than me but I believe you may also send more supporting evidence. You may also send a sheet of paper stating that you will be going to Mexico and Indonesia and can provide evidence such as photocopies of passport stamps, pictures, (especially of your spouse and your family) flight tickets, etc upon request. Then (maybe) you can mail them later or for sure bring them to the interview if requested.

3. There are no requirements stating that her family must know or approve of your relationship. However because you don't have wedding pictures and you haven't met her family, the onus is on you to try even harder to prove your marriage is genuine otherwise. When she meets your brother in Mexico, and have pictures together, it shows that she has met your family. It shows your marriage is not a secret. A secret marriage would disqualify you guy it would just make it very hard to prove it's real. So the more public you show it is, the more real it looks! Maybe also attach a sheet stating that you are planning to have a ceremony in Canada and mention why. You may also want to mention why her parents don't know about it stating cultural issues. The more questions you can answer up front, the better!

4. You need to send in your Option C. I have no idea what that is either. There's a phone number on one of the forms you can call, sorry I forget which one haha Try gmail, you can call free to Canada! No idea how to get it to China, maybe they send it, or maybe they send to someone in Canada and that person can forward to you.

5. Probably one of the greatest examples of how a haircut can change someone’s life is that of Jennifer Aniston. Although she grew in popularity as one of the endearing characters on the mega hit show, “Friends,” it was her amazing layered haircut that fascinated female viewers around the world and filled just about every salon chair with people seeking “The Rachel.” The haircut that Jennifer sported continued to wow people, long after she already changed her hairstyle. Even today many women proudly sport a long to medium layered cut. To this day, Jennifer Aniston remains amazed at the power and impact her seemingly simply style had on women.

just to add get letters from the few that know about the relationship i know being married its not required but given the fact that your situation is a little different u probably want to look over proof of all 3 status married, common-law and conjugal better to send in more than not enough as in an interview is where they would do the real digging so answer all questions u anticipate

Yes.

Send all the proof you have now with the application. You can add further proof later - after the trips, you could gather up all the evidence and send it to the visa office processing your application. Some people send extra evidence during processing; most don't. Make sure to keep all extra evidence, though, because the visa officer may ask you for more, they will ask for more evidence of contact at the interview, and if god forbid you have to appeal you will need that extra evidence then.
she doesnt want to tell her friends and family we are married because she is embarrased we got married so quick with out telling anyone and is afraid of losing face. ????????????
This will look very bad to the visa officer. A marriage very soon after meeting, not much evidence of contact, and her family doesn't know? People have been accepted even though family wasn't at the wedding or the family didn't know, but this has to be explained. If she is estranged from her family, that would be an acceptable excuse. But she isn't - she is just afraid to tell them. The VOs consider evidence that the relationship is known about by family, friends and the community as evidence that the relationship is real; likewise, if the relationship seems 'hidden', this can be taken as a sign the relationship is fake. Convince her she needs to tell her family and friends.
we have wedding photos but were not taken at a wedding they are just wedding photos and we will have a ceremony later in canada is this ok?
You will have to explain it, and offer any proof you have that you are actually planning to have a ceremony in Canada - a wedding hall booking, invitations, etc. Do you have photos of the actual wedding/marriage ceremony? Even if it was just at city hall, or the equivalent, the VO will expect to see photos of it, and will expect that the occasion looked like it was special for you.
do I need to send in my tax form??? im confused about this and how do I get this in china?
You should get your Option C, which is not quite the same thing as just a copy of your tax form. You should be able to order it from China, or maybe a Canadian relative can order it for you.

i agree with everyone before... small things to add:

for 1 - u need to send everything in the checklist, if not u risk of having the whole thing returned to u from the beginning asking for the rest

for 2 - send as much proof as u can, don't put it for later; especially if u feel u might have some red flags, this extra proof might help; even if u r married and they don't ask for so much, send if u can: letters from family/ friends describing ur relationship - as more open the relationship, as better it looks; the letters should be both from ur side of family/friends and her side; joint bank accounts, leases, bills if u can get; living together even for short time is another good proof; state ur future plans in ur letters and then later u could update them with pictures from ur trips :) usually when u update or bring at the interview u do with new evidence got after u submitted the file, not before

for 3 - she should tell her family, this is a serious procedure, not a joke....if not be ready to be asked at the interview abt it; but with enough evidence maybe u won't have interview....u could state in the letters also if u can give a convincing answer, it's good to be proactive

for 4 - if the ceremony was small they will ask why, also they will ask why her family was not there....any photos would be good, even with a small reunion with ur family after the wedding...

no idea abt the option C thing.....good luck!! :)
