Hi Everyone I have some questions to ask regarding Alberta PNP.

Starting off with some of my brief description. I am a US masters student, working on H1, having experience of 1 year now and want to immigrate to Canada.The PNP Alberta suits me perfectly(under the H1 program). I have some questions which I want to ask experts;
1) As far as PNP is concerned, first I file the application with the Province i.e. Alberta in this case with all of the supporting documents and application fees AND then apply to CIC with the documents again?
2) After filling all the forms and applying to Alberta Province, they give me the approval and then the application to CIC is routed or should I do both the things simultaneously?
3) Is the application filing for Alberta PNP free and then I pay the fees once I send the documents to CIC?

Appreciate your earnest inputs..

Alberta issues you a nomination letter to apply to CIC so that your appln will be processed a bit faster than the regular category. You send an application to AB first (with a copy of CIC form that you intend to send to CIC). Once AB thinks that you can get a suitable job in AB, they send you a nomination letter (just like a recommendation letter). Then you send the original CIC form along with the nomination letter to CIC. There is no fees to apply for the nomination to AB. You need to pay the fees only when you apply to CIC.
