Some Question related to FSW Program

Hi,
Please help me in getting answer to these question. These are very silly questions ....Thanks in Advance!!

1. I have Made DOB proof as an affidavit, do i need to send the original or Photocopy.

2. I have reference letter from my manager as as affidavit since current company don't provide work experience. Do i need to send the original or Photocopy.

3. What will be the size of the 2 envelop which we need to send along with our address.

4. Can we staple the all form or just pin them?

5. Asset and Liability field in Economic form left blank as i don't have. I have put only the settle fund for 2 which is approx. 26K CAD. Is it Fine?

6. Order of document:---
a) Checklist
b) Application for Permanent Residence in Canada (IMM 0008)
c) Schedule 1: Background/Declaration – Principal Applicant
d) Schedule 1: Background/Declaration – Spouse
e) Schedule 3: Economic Classes – Federal Skilled Worker
f) Additional Family Information (IMM 5406) – Principal Applicant
g) Additional Family Information (IMM 5406) – Spouse
h) Payment Form with DD original.
i) Photocopy of passport's bio-data page
j) WES original report.
k) IELTS original report.
l) Photocopy of all education and Experience Doc.
m) Photocopy of DOB Proof
n) Self Address Envelop.

Please add the following:

photographs of you, spouse and kids
police character certificates from all countries where you have resided for more than 6 months including your home country - originals
marriage certificate and family composition certificate - copies
any document that is not in English/French needs to be officially translated. copy of original must be included too
birth certificates for you, spouse and kids

Do make sure the affidavit mentions your parents name, the place of birth and the date of birth
Send the original

2. I have reference letter from my manager as as affidavit since current company don't provide work experience. Do i need to send the original or Photocopy.
Make sure the affidavit mentions your name, your job titles, dates of employment, hours worked per week, professional relationship with the manager (eg. direct line manager, HR manager), all duties that match the NOC description (not an exact match because that indicates copy/paste). Also include the managers business card.

3. What will be the size of the 2 envelop which we need to send along with our address.
no need to send envelops, return address printed on an A4 size paper should do


4. Can we staple the all form or just pin them?
No pins, no staples, all documents must be lose. the first thing CIC would do with your received documents is to bind them together as per their own method.


5. Asset and Liability field in Economic form left blank as i don't have. I have put only the settle fund for 2 which is approx. 26K CAD. Is it Fine?

do write down the value of your assets in the assets section. eg. cash+securities+house+car
If you have no liabilities, put down 0 in the liabilities section.
