Landing in Vancouver, which area is convinient for transportation, education, shopping and so on? Where is Chinese people crowded?

Chinese are EVERYWHERE in Vancouver,Where are Chinese people crowded or Many,Well Richmond is 60% Chinese,The whole city of Vancouver is 35% Chinese,Burnaby is 20% Chinese,.....I think Richmond City or Vancouver Kingsway area are good for you
