Some guidance

Hi guys, I'm new at looking at PNP, I'm looking for my brother. there's a lot of great information here but it's a little overwhelming! I'm unfortunately in BC (although willing to relocate), so am no good to him for a family connection for PNP, he would qualify to apply to Nova Scotia however, and maybe Ontario... I'm wondering if any PNP streams are still open for 2016? I've been reading the info here, but like I said, it's a little overwhelming! and know that some of you guys will know this answer of the top of your heads

I understand how you feel Kiwi but your option is to relocate to Manitoba reside a year and then be eligible to sponsor your brother or like you have mentioned him trying Nova Scotia or Sakstchewan but unfortunately they are yet to open.

All the best as you make up your mind on what to do.
