Hello,
I have received my ITA and will submit my application already. Can anybody help me confirm the following:
1. Bank Statements:
- The primary account where my money will be drawn is in USD. It includes past three quarters and the last quarter was printed on a different font (which is weird) but same letterhead but according to the bank it is because the most recent quarter was sourced from a different terminal. Do I need to still explain this in the COE why it is the case?
- I have 5 bank accounts (1 USD and 4 local currency) and the reason for which is that I use it for my personal budgeting. I have requested for a 6+ month history for all of the accounts already and the total number of pages reached about 45. Does it make sense to include everything? I am thinking just include 3 accounts - my USD account and 1 local currency where the USD money was converted from (background - the money is the USD was converted from my local currency because our local currency is melting in value sigh), and also my salary bank account.
- The bank certificate title states 'Bank Certificate for Visa Purposes'. But I think Express Entry is not a request for visa but for permanent residency already? Is it okay that this is the title of my bank cert?
- The bank certificate does not have the email address of the bank, only telephone number, bank name, bank address, and bank manager name. Is it okay? The immigration site says it needs to have the email address but according to my bank, the letter is default and they cannot add an email address there. The bank is popular here locally though (one of the largest banks).
2. Work History:
a. I am applying for a FSW path. Here is the background:
I have been under three companies, and in my initial application I placed all under NOC 2171.
But now I feel like my third should be under NOC 0213. So in short:
Before: Job 1, 2, 3 -> Noc 2171
After: Job 1, 2 -> Noc 2171; Job 3 -> Noc 0213
Is this okay? I still get the minimum 67 points for FSW.
b. Additionally, can people confirm that the Job title does not really matter here?
My Job 2 from its job roles and description really is closer to Noc 2171. But the title, 'Project Manager' falls under Noc 0213. I wonder if it will affect me in any way.
My Job 3 is also 'Project Manager' which from its roles description falls under Noc 0213.
c. Again can another company representative sign like another manager? Our HR won't sign an employment certificate with the specific job description as they confer the rights to sign it to the manager (they only sign the general employment certificate that states I am employed in their company). But my manager is out of office for 2 months. Another manager is okay to sign my employment certificate and my actual manager knows it.
3. Medicals
For applicants from the Philippines, I had my medical done in St Luke's in Bocobo Manila which is an accredited hospital for visa. They gave me a form after (eMedical form). Should I just scan it and upload in the site? It does not have any information about the results as it is 7 working days but according to the hospital if I dont hear anything from them, I am okay. According to them if I needed for medical test or something is off with my results, they will call. I did not receive any call from them.
