Some employment letter questions

I have two questions regarding my employment letter.

1. I noticed in most templates, the ending sentence looks like :

"Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions".

But mine goes like :

"If have you have any further questions, please contact (my_name instead of the person who wrote the letter) in writing".

Although she actually placed her contact details on the bottom.

How would you recommend on this ? Do I need to request another letter or this one should be fine ?
It seems to me it's not a big issue but it's different from the recommended templates.

2. By the company policy, the letter was signed by the administrative assistant, not by the HR (although in reality the letter was prepared by the hr and later sent to the admin). So the title of person who actually signs on letter is admin assistant. Do you think this would be an issue ?

Seniors please suggest, thanks in advance.

See the word up top? It's called a template, that's only an example, nothing you have to stick to and copy word by word.
It don't matter how you end the letter, as long as all the information CIC is asking for in the document checklist is included.
Don't worry about it!

No, won't be an issue. If it would make you feel better, submit a small letter explanation why and who signed the letter.

Seniors please suggest, thanks in advance.

Hope this helps,

T.

Not a problem, as long as the contact details are there.

That IS odd... The letter is supposed to be from your direct supervisor or manager, or some other person in a position of authority to attest to your employment experience. I assume that the person named to contact for further questions is either your manager or HR director?
