Some confusions regarding Application to CIO

Hi,

I have to submit my application to CIO.

I have some small confusions in diff forms.

1) Application of permanent residence


family member means wife and my child
only right or my parents will also count
in application of permanent residence

do I have to attach my photo on first page
and their photos in space reserve to
family member

for 1 year child knowledge of English and
French will no right ?

2)Economic Classes – Federal Skilled Worker Class

it says

If you take approved test for your language
if yes then provide copy of it
normal copy of IELTS will work or it should be notarized

Currently I have 13,640.70 Canadian dollar in
my bank account and i should have around 17000 when
I will require to send my application to london
office. along with that I have property of 30,000
Canadian Dollar.

how much I should fill in available fund
field only required 17000 (3 person) or include
my property value with current available fund
like approx. 43000 Canadian dollar


3) Back ground declaration form

My visit visa for usa was refused so in Question
if your visa has been refused then provide detail

detail means the letter I got for rejection from
emabassy take all details from that letter and
write here or anything else

1) Family for Canada Immigration Purpose is
Spouse
Children
and children of dependent children

Father/Mother/Brother/Ssister are additional family
No Photos required when u end app to CIO
For one year old no knowledge of Eng/French is fine

2.) Normal Copy of IELTS will work.

Property valuse can not be shown as available funds except for few Visa office like Canada, for India, pakistan etc property is not considered against funds. You need to show 17000 CAD as funds almost 4-5 months from now, so they should be in your bank in three months from now. Show 17000 CAD in application for approval and try to arrange for the funds

3.) Write which date which country visa was refused
