Try choosing a course which is relevant to your past studies, like going for PG Diploma in Chemical processing, if you are a BSc Chemistry. Write a strong SOP, justifying how this course makes sense to you, and why you could not find it in India.
Remember, you need to convince the Visa officer on the following points:
1. Your education ( or job experience if any) is matching with the course you opt.
2. You will go back to India after your studies.
3. The course you choose will benefit you in future career prospects.
Also, I agree with
@E_shah , try working on your IELTS.
I understand it can be sometimes difficult to get a good band, but work the most on Listening and Reading. Their are possibilities of getting 9/9 in these sections.
If any other query, feel free to PM.All the best.
