Please advice will I wait till new list or case my file now.

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/laws-policy/irpa.asp

I have filled application form now will I need Immigration Representatives services in any stage?
I want to apply just for myself and if my case is approved I will apply for my spouse & child is it possible?
How long it will take to complete immigration process?
After approval how much time I have to move to Canada?

I think you should wait for the priority list and new rules before you apply.

I also think you should apply for your spouse and child at the same time. It simplifies things.

They have promised that the new process will be fast, if you are not processed within 1 year, they return your application and fees and you can apply again if you want to.

When you get your PR visa, usually it is valid for a year after you got your medical exam and since they approve pretty fast after medicals normally, you should have a bit less than a year to use your visa and land in Canada. You can also land in Canada and leave again if you need more time to take care of things.
