Some Clarification Please on updating Documents

The embassy requested some additional documents the letter reads like below, my problem is we already sent this to them at the beginning or how else would it pass through mississauga. Then they requested the updated FIF two weeks ago (we forgot to put her parents on it) which we faxed in two weeks ago. So now they want them again which is fine, do we send just a notorized photo copy of the oringinal which is not in english? or do we need to translate them have them notorized and send the original photo copy notorized aswell. Thanks in advance

Hi,

If it is for me I will prepare fresh notarised photocopies of marriage certificate, birth certificate and diplomas. ( Not copy of notorized copy)

Prepare new forms - Family information and Schedule-1, to include all the missing requirements as stated.

In order to avoid further delay it is better to submit revised ones together with a covering letter quoting your file number and include a copy of the CIC letter.

wilson thats what we just did, we included a notorized copy of the original and a notrized translation just to cover all bases. Hope its what they want?
