Hello! :)

I have a question maybe someone knows a case similar to ours:

- I applied in April after receiving the ITA.
- 2 months later, we got rejected because of the stupid mistake of not attaching the education title.
- We are most probably going to get invited in the next round (I am back to 456 points).
- My doubt is specifically about the medical exams: we did our exams last time, and I have the eMedical document certifying that the examination got done, but I think the doctor uploaded the results so CIC could actually access them.

What should we do when we get the new ITA, should we ask the doctor to send the result again? Are the results still accessible to CIC?

Any help will be welcomed!

Hi Erwaitin.. I was also in same situation and when i went to hospital for medical checkup, they had denied me saying - medical report is valid for 1 year and they can not redo/reupload the results until previous one expires. If medical is required then they need a letter from CIC.

So in short, i was denied to do medical test again. I had no other choice other than to submit the old report and mentioned in LOE.

You can try your luck also.

Generally visa validity is till the expiry of medical test, thats why everyone suggests to do at the later stage. So i will ask you to try your luck to go for medical test again.

Thanks.

Hi

The medical is valid for one year. There is no need to redo it and no need to request the doctor to do anything. Just include a copy of the eMedical document as normal.
