Trust me Edmonton is just a dead market for IT, unless you have min over 6 years of Canadian IT experience, reason being Edmonton is mostly Government and banks and they go through a vigorous back ground checks for all IT jobs, the best is Toronto in my opinion.

Testers or Software QA opportunities are scarce in Edmonton. In general they both are scarce in all Canada, but in Alberta they are not really needed as testing and QA is either done by BAs or Devs.lazytitan said:
