i am working in india as a software engineer for the past 2 years as a oracle application consultant and 1 year in middle east . i like to know whether i qualify by the new migration rules.

In case i do not qualify what title i should i to get into canada.

You will be eligible for FSW category and will take 68-72 months to get Canada PR Visa.

You will be eligible for FSW category and will take 68-72 months to get Canada PR Visa.

If the OP doesn't qualify in FSW1 unless s/he is working in Canada or has an approved AEO from an Canadian employer s/he CANT apply.

i like to know am i eligible in this NOC category number Software Engineers and Designers (2173) ,the duties mentioned looks like it matches.

Do i qualify? but i not a manager .
