hello everyone, im new to here. im trying to apply for a skilled worker visa but they do not have computer related fields there. anyone know if it will be added or reasons for not being there. any insight would be helpful.
Yes - if you apply through the federal skilled worker program using an occupation that's not listed, you will definitely be rejected.dineshpersaud said:ok..i expected more but thanks..so if i apply and my occupation is not listed..i will definitely be rejected?
Unfortunately none of us have any idea if or when computer related fields may be added.dineshpersaud said:ok thanks, does any one of you know if computer related fields will be added in the future? or no idea..?
That's right - if you can secure a job offer, supported by a HRDSC-approved LMO (Labour Market Opinion) then you can begin working in Canada under a temporary work permit and apply under Federal Skilled Worker Category 2. The employer has to obtain the LMO by proving to HRDSC that they have advertised the job for at least 2 weeks in the past 3 months without a suitable Canadian being found.scylla said:Yes - if you apply through the federal skilled worker program using an occupation that's not listed, you will definitely be rejected.
However if you can obtain a job offer in Canada, you can apply even if your occupation isn't listed.
Last year and this year NOC is same 29 NOC, they just reduced the number of CAP.dineshpersaud said:thats crazy..IT should alwayz be there ...every july they change the status for those occupation then?
