Hi,
I have received PPR in Feb 2017. My medical expiry is March 2017.I have submitted my PP for stamping.I am planning to do soft landing from 10-18 march.and comeback to home country.Wind up with Employer resignation and all formalities and move again to Canada on permanent basis, Seniors need advise that, If I apply for PR Card after landing, give my friends address and then which way of below if safest while I re enter Canada
1) Apply for the PRTD travel document, collect PR from friend
2) Ask if some one coming from there to home country to get it with them
3) Ask if some one is Courier..Traceable option

Please advise which is legal and advisable way.

If CIC is ready to issue your visa and issued you a PPR, you have no need to worry about your medicals expiration date. Your visa will most likely be good for 1 yr (as they might have waived the required medical update) or up to the date your passport expires (whichever is sooner). Certainly a visa would not be issued for 30 days, but it would not be the first time that kind of error has been made. You should not make arrangements to travel before you have your visa in your hands.

Regarding the PR Card, you can always have your friend mail it to you using a reliable courier service or have someone bring it to you - there are no limitations on that. You can always come back to canada via the US/Canada border using your COPR document, or get a PRTD to come directly to Canada.
