I am a post-18 march expired copr holder. I recently received the ultimatum email asking if i am still interested in moving to Canada.
While I am still interested in moving, i have planned my wedding in December and hence cannot move permanently at a short notice.
I understand that soft landing is being discouraged.
1. My question is, can people still do soft landing (in a post covid world)? It doesn't seem like canada can stop me from coming back to my home country before getting my pr card.
2. Is it possible for someone else to collect my pr card in case i have returned to my home country ?
3. People get their pr cards couriered to their home countries. I know this is not legal, but given my circumstances, how feasible is it?
