My soft landing date for Canada is July 2, 2020. I submitted a web form two weeks ago for extension, but did not receive any response yet. Did anyone face the same situation because of COVID 19 ?

What do you mean your soft landing date is July 2? Do you mean your COPR expired on July 2nd? Are you in the US or India?
