Soft Landed last year. Do I need medical test before landing again?

Hi,

As the title says, I did soft landing in September 2019 and got the PR and returned to Germany.
I am moving to Canada finally next month.

Do I need to medical test again? Or any formalities to be done again? Can I just land like any other citizen/resident?
