Social insurance and health care card questions pls!!!

Hi guys,
I will land Edmonton/Alberta on 14-11-2011 and How, when and where could/should I apply social insurance,health insurance card,driving card......etc.Maybe I wrong forum.
Anyway, Please share your experiences or let me know which forum should I go!

SIN CARD @ SERVICE CANADA.... not sure where it is in Alberta. You need to browse maps or go to service Canada website to get their locations info.

Driver's License @ ministry of transportation... Again you need to find the address in your local area on teh website.

health card @ ministry of health.... and find the address on the website.
http://www.health.alberta.ca/AHCIP/registration-services.html


You can also go to the goverment services sector in teh city hall and they provide all these services so might be able to get everythign done in one shot. Not sure if this kinda service is in alberta but in Ottawa, ON i can go to teh city hall and they have all the service departments there where i can get all these thinsg done.
