So, what's going to happen with my medical (and application)?

I did my medical 2 days after delivering my baby. I obviously failed the urine test as there was blood in the sample. The doctor said that he's not going to send our medicals until I pass that portion of the test.

We uploaded the eMedical sheet and our application is now 'In Process'. But can the doctor NOT submit our results? I tried to get more info from the receptionist, but it's very difficult to get anything out of her. It's probably going to be another 2 weeks until I can redo the test, so 6 weeks in total since doing the medical and sending our application to CIC. Will our application be put on hold? Here's the info currently on ECAS:
1.We received your application for permanent residence on August 11, 2015.
2.We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on August 11, 2015.
3.We started processing your application on August 26, 2015.
4.We sent you correspondence on August 26, 2015. (Schedule 4 and 4A)

Can you please share the process of adding baby information to the application.

Whether we need to take upfront medical for baby as well?

It would be very helpful if you can share some info in this regard.

Yes they can hold the results till u complete your process ..
