Dear Experts, I noticed that my t4 and paystub is different than the letter of employment for example , x company ltd. and they write there x company inc. is this affect my pr application? Please, let me know if you guys know anything about it, thank you . your knowledge will help.

As long as X company stays the same, it should be okay in my opinion. You can always add an LOE stating both the companies are the same and why that name difference.
You can wait for more opinions though...
