hello everyone .i came accross this and saw how everyones so helping I would like to share my info with u guys and thn u can suggest me How should i prepare my file again n send it to ns coz i alrdy sent one and everyone thinks we will get it back

MY father applying under the noc of 0213
hes 51 yrs old(52 will be in oct)
he has more than 14 years of experience in this IT /PROGRAMMING/DATA ANALYSING /SYSTEM INFORMATION field
he has done bachelors in science
my mother has done bachelors in arts
we are 4 siblings one is married so she wont accompany us
I m 21 yrs old(22 in oct).doing pharmacy D(3rd year)
my brother is almost 18.hes doing acca
the other brother is 16 hes in grade 11
my mother has a know how in cooking and designing she have had her own institute at home some years bak but unfortunately she doesnt have a a certificate for it
my dads english is weak and he doesnt want to do ilets cuz thats not his cup of tea

one more thing my aunt(moms sister) also a permanent resident of canada but she s currently living in pakistan she plans on going back after a few years.my moms age is 47

Ok,

lets clear first, who is applying for Canadian Immigration, its you or your father? because you are talking about send application yourself, but IELTS about your father, kinda confuse.

The other thing, as you mentioned above, "IT /PROGRAMMING/DATA ANALYSING /SYSTEM INFORMATION" unless your father has Managerial experience, he won't qualify for FSW-1 category. If he is manager etc, read details duties of 0213

Main duties
Computer and information systems managers perform some or all of the following duties:

* Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of information systems and electronic data processing (EDP) departments and companies
* Develop and implement policies and procedures for electronic data processing and computer systems operations and development
* Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs and timelines
* Assemble and manage teams of information systems personnel to design, develop, implement, operate and administer computer and telecommunications software, networks and information systems
* Control the budget and expenditures of the department, company or project
* Recruit and supervise computer analysts, engineers, programmers, technicians and other personnel and oversee their professional development and training.


If he is doing above mentioned duties, then he may qualify, otherwise, You father must have one JOB OFFER approved by HRSDC called "AEO" for qualify into canadian immigration system.

Also simply calculate the points for your father as the main applicant and also for your mother as the main application if either qualifies on the 38 job list.

why did your father's file fail the first time. Also you cannot claim relations unless the person is living in Canada. If noone qualifies based on points, then the next option it to try get a job in Canada, but that is tough.

You could always go to Canada, study, get PR and then bring them to canada but this is a long process.

If your dad's English is weak I'm afraid he will have to take the test. Nobody like to take an English test but if wants to immigrate he will have do either English or French test.

my father is the one who has applied but i m doing all the file work for him.yes he does have all these works to do.the duties u mentioned should i write em on a ppr and send it along the application?

Go seek professional help from someone who is a CSIC member or a lawyer. NOC 0213 is a tuffy. I personally have seen a lot of rejections. Also, PNP and AEO are the king applications. The biggest mistake an average Joe makes is that he thinks Visa officer is stupid.
