So confused about my options - please help

Hi, my pgwp is expiring in June, I am eligible to extend for 6 months it due to passport expiry. I can also apply for PR (CEC or PNP), but issue is there's no guarantee I would get an ITA by June. So I am thinking of the following:

-Applying for PGWP extension (do I have to provide uni degree, transcript etc?) and applying for a TRV separately.
- At the same time, apply for PNP (since CEC draws are not happening) and then a BOWP while awaiting approval.

Am I missing some options? Any advice about the best course of action?

Extend your PGWP. Hope for ITA or nomination. You aren't eligible for a BOWP unless you have received ITA or nomination.
