Help needed.... I have a job offer from employer in SK and they have already been approved by SK govn. for a number of FSWorkers. The employers have given me the option of either getting a LMO or going through SNIP. Which would you recommend I do.. what is the timeline for SNIP applications and when the nomination is approved by SK, can I then get a TWP and go to SK.
Other big problem is that I already have a LMO pending from AB and was going to take that job while waiting on my acceptance under SNIP. Will that affect my SNIP application (i.e. am I better keeping my butt at home in Ireland?).. It says on the application forms that you are either outside of Canada or can prove legal status in Canada when you apply for SNIP. I'm assuming the latter would mean that I have a valid LMO and TWP from AB???? Any help would be greatly appreicated as this is a minefield!!
