What's the smallest font size do you think I could get away with using? I have a lot of documentary evidence to include (Tons of Skype and Yahoo Chat) I want to include as much as possible since we are applying as conjugal and are relying on this evidence but I don't want my application file to be too humungous. The last thing I want to do is irritate an immigration officer by straining their eyes! The smallest font size I could tolerate was 7 in Microsoft Word.. I tried to go for 6 but it was a bit tiny.

hey u can provide as much evidance as u want.......it will be the best thing to do.....

Do not include all of your skype history / chat, use relevant samples and tell the VO that you can provide much more if required.

I want to err on the side of caution, as we are applying as Conjugal. Our skype history isn't as long as one might think, I only use it to text message. As for as Yahoo chats, that could get boring! I definitely don't want them to lose focus on the more important conversations.. I took screenshots of our history page and will just include relevant days.

Don't use a 7 font. I'd use at least 10, and would prefer 12. Keep in mind the visa officer may well be (and probably is) middle-aged or older, and his/her eyesight may not be as good as yours. Just have all your evidence well-organized, with pages numbered and an index. That way the VO can skip over certain sections quickly.
