My fiance is a graduate of Electronics and Communications Engineering in the Philippines. He has also a certified ECE Engineer, but his license was expired this June 2016. And also he had a CCNA certification, will he need to renew all of this to be able to apply for the Skilled Worker visa?

On the other hand, I am also taking a MSc in Tourism and Hospitality for 2017 in University of Guelph, we were planning if I can bring him also with me as my dependent. Could you please give us any suggestions of what we can do in this situation? or what are the other possible options we can consider?
We are currently in UAE, we are having doubts also regarding the visa, that it might be rejected or something, as we cannot prove that we are living together here as it is against the law to live in one home being unmarried.

I WOULD APPRECIATE ANYONE WHO CAN HELP ME WITH THIS. THANK YOU SO MUCH IN ADVANCED. :D :D :D

You'll be needing advise on how to package an Express Entry application, the new program for skilled immigrants. Join the conversations at this link, http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/express-entry-expression-of-interest-b54.0/

Also study the EE program at this link, http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/pub/ee-presentation-en.pdf

All the best.
