Hi guys I'm new in this forum

I just have a question. I hope you can help me...

Can apply fsw even if my work is not in the list of 50 eligible occupations but it fall under NOC A?

Can I use my work experience in my country which is Manager in Food service to be eligible in FSW in Canada?

I'm working with an open work permit, and working as office assistant, I don't know if I have to apply in this FSW program. I'm worried now coz my permit will expired on February 2015. :(

No - you can't.

If your occupation doesn't appear on the list of 50, then you need an arranged employment offer in Canada to apply for FSW.

If you want to use your current job in Canada, your employer will need to obtain an approved LMIA and make you an offer of permanent employment.
