so with " skilled worker visa" can I work from my home as freelancer ...right ?

First of all, I'm not sure if non Canadian /nonpr can register a corporation, maybe a sole proprietorship?
Second of all, I can't find any work permit info related to self-employment on Cic website.
Also waiting for experts opinion.

If a student can self-employed and obtain a work permit, I can buy a truck and start a logistic company? Can I get health card in this case if obtaining work permit is possible?
