Now, I got into that whole immigration business. Took some time to figure out all the differences. So, here, now, come the real questions:
As I understood it, one can only apply without an Arranged Employment when one is on the hot top job list. Is this correct?
What happens, if I have an Arranged Employment is cancelled after a period of time? Is the Skilled Worker Immigration still valid or am I in whatever way tied to the Employer who arranged for the employment? Do I have to work in the field, I got the immigration for. For example, can I be a fisherman when I am skilled as a carpenter for example.
When I get a temporary work permit, is it easier to apply through the Experience Class? Do I have to have a job offer when I go through the experience class immigration with a job that is not on the hot top job list?
